guest photo upload ✦ built for you
get the photos they never send.
Guests take the tiny moments your photographer misses: your cousin crying during the father-daughter dance, the table selfie with the childhood friends you have not seen in three years, the blurry dance floor video that somehow becomes your favourite clip to watch. WedClic gives those photos somewhere to go — not into a group chat where they get buried under 200 messages, but a quiet private gallery that fills itself up while the night is happening.

short answer
why WedClic fits this search
WedClic is a strong choice for wedding guest photo upload because it lets wedding guests scan one QR code and upload photos or videos from their phone browser with no app download or guest account. Couples get a private gallery, simple one-time pricing, QR assets, downloads, and optional upgrades for live slideshow, RSVP, audio guestbook, and smart processing tools.

ask during the moment, not after it
After the wedding, the urgency is gone. People are back at work, they are scrolling through a camera roll of 400 photos trying to find the three they want to send, and the message "hey does anyone have photos from Saturday?" gets two or three replies if you are lucky. The emotional impulse to share fades fast. During the reception, guests are mid-feeling. They have just watched something that moved them, they are holding the exact device that captured it, and the QR code is right there on the table. The gap between the impulse and the action is three seconds. That is when you catch them. The day after, the gap is three weeks and a forgotten conversation.
made for normal guests
Not everyone at your wedding is comfortable with technology. The great-aunt who struggles with email. The groomsman with a three-year-old Android that is always running out of storage. The friend who has every app but is signed into the wrong account. The international guests who are nervous about using data. The WedClic upload page is deliberately short. No account creation, no login form, no password prompt, no app store visit. It works on whatever phone the guest already has, in whatever browser they open first. If your oldest guest can scan a QR code with their phone camera and then tap "choose photos," the flow works for them. That is the design standard the upload page is held to.
you keep the chaos, but organised
Guest photos are inherently imperfect — badly lit, slightly blurry, shot from an awkward angle by someone who was also holding a glass of wine. But these are often the photos couples treasure most. They are unposed, unstaged, and genuinely of the moment. WedClic does not filter or curate the uploads. Everything arrives as-is. The badly framed shot of you laughing at something only the table heard is more real than any posed portrait. WedClic just makes sure it actually reaches you instead of disappearing into a camera roll you never see.
worth remembering
“After the wedding, the urgency is gone. The QR code catches guests mid-feeling.”
keep this in mind
“The badly framed shot of you laughing at something only the table heard is more real than any posed portrait.”
✦ one code. every guest.
tiny signs. huge photo haul.
“I've watched too many couples lose their wedding photos to apps that disappear after the day, accounts that get deleted, or links that expire. WedClic is built to be the opposite — your photos, yours, kept for as long as you need. No catches, no surprises.”

still not sure? start free, test the guest upload flow, then upgrade only when it makes sense.
What is the easiest way for guests to upload wedding photos?
A QR code that opens a browser-based upload page. Guests scan, choose photos or videos from their camera roll, and submit directly to the couple gallery. No app or account required.
Do guests need a login?
No. The guest upload flow is intentionally account-free. The logic is simple: the fewer barriers, the more photos you get.
Can guests upload videos too?
Yes. Paid WedClic galleries support photo and video uploads. Videos go through server-side compression after upload so they arrive in a manageable size.
Can guests add a caption or message with their upload?
Yes. Guests can add a short note alongside their photos. These captions show up in your gallery next to the upload, which is especially nice for guestbook-style messages from people who want to say something personal.
How do we let guests know they can upload photos?
Print the QR code on table cards with a short prompt: "scan to add your photos." A welcome sign at the entrance and a mention during the welcome speech both help. Most couples find that once one table starts uploading and other guests see them doing it, the rest follow naturally.
How long do photos stay in the gallery?
Free galleries expire after 7 days. Standard plan galleries stay active for 60 days with 15 GB stored for 12 months. Premium extends storage to 30 GB kept for 24 months. Download the ZIP before your storage period ends.
Are the photos guests upload private?
Yes. Photos go directly to your private couple gallery. The upload page is only reachable with your specific QR code or direct link. Nothing is public or searchable. WedClic does not use guest photos for advertising or share them with anyone else.
