Is WedClic really one-time? No recurring charges?
Yes. You pay once. There is no subscription, no renewal, and no monthly fee. After payment, the plan stays active for its full period — 60 days for the gallery and 12 or 24 months for storage — with no further charges. You keep everything you download.
What happens to my gallery when the plan period ends?
The gallery active period is 60 days from purchase on both Standard and Premium. After that, new guest uploads are closed, but your media is stored for the full storage period — 12 months on Standard, 24 months on Premium. After the storage period ends, media is permanently deleted. Download your ZIP before then.
Can I upgrade from Free to Standard or Premium?
Yes, at any time from your dashboard. When you upgrade, any guest photos already uploaded — including the ones over the 50-upload limit that were locked — are immediately unlocked in your gallery.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard covers the core wedding gallery: unlimited uploads, 60-day active period, audio guestbook, QR code, and ZIP download. Premium adds live slideshow, grand reveal, RSVP system, smart photo moderation, and 30 GB storage for 24 months.
When should I buy the plan relative to my wedding date?
The gallery active period starts from purchase date, so buy no earlier than two months before your wedding. Most couples buy 2–4 weeks before — enough time to set up the gallery, download QR assets, and print table cards. The free plan lets you test everything before you commit.
Can I use WedClic for an engagement party or pre-wedding event?
Yes. WedClic works for any event where guests are taking photos. Some couples use a separate free or Standard gallery for the engagement party and a Premium gallery for the wedding.
Are the photos private? Who can see my gallery?
Your gallery is completely private. Guests can only reach the upload page through your specific QR code or direct link. Nothing is publicly searchable or listed. Only you — and anyone you explicitly share the gallery link with — can view the photos. WedClic does not use or share your photos with third parties.
