These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WedClic ("Service"), operated by WedClic ("we", "us"). By using WedClic you agree to these Terms.
WedClic is a wedding photo and video sharing platform. One QR code lets your guests upload media directly to your private gallery. Features available depend on your plan.
WedClic operates on a one-time payment model — there are no recurring subscriptions. You pay once and receive access to your chosen plan's features for the duration of your plan period.
Your plan is activated only after a successful payment is confirmed via our payment processor (Stripe). Payment confirmation by redirect URL alone is not sufficient — your plan activates on receipt of a verified payment webhook.
Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under your local law, contact us at support@wedclic.com within 14 days of purchase.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, your account will be suspended pending review. We reserve the right to permanently disable accounts where fraudulent chargebacks are detected.
The free tier allows up to 50 uploads without payment. Photos and videos beyond 50 are stored but locked (displayed blurred) until you upgrade. Locked media is released upon a verified successful payment. Free tier media is retained for up to 3 months.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Storage is subject to the limits of your plan. If your event exceeds the storage limit, further uploads may be rejected. We will attempt to notify you when you approach your limit. After your plan period expires, media files are permanently deleted from storage. We are not responsible for loss of media after expiry.
We recommend downloading and backing up your gallery before your storage period ends. The ZIP download feature is available from your dashboard.
You and your guests retain ownership of all photos and videos uploaded to WedClic. By uploading, you grant WedClic a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and serve your content for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your media and will never use it for advertising or sharing with third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Automated processing features (Premium plan only) require explicit consent from the event organiser. Processing is performed asynchronously and is subject to daily limits (3 jobs per day, max 300 photos per job). Generated content (e.g. highlight reels) is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about the quality or suitability of the output.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WedClic's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your plan. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or missed memories.
We may update these Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of WedClic after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
